R/GA
2023 – 2024
At R/GA’s Creative Innovation Studio, I worked with a diverse range of clients, including Toyota, Google, AACo, SES, and the Department of Education Victoria. My projects ranged from reimagining existing digital experiences to designing new products and pages within established brands and digital design systems. These projects involved in-depth research, user testing, and close collaboration with internal teams and clients. Additionally, I served as a mentor in R/GA’s global mentor program and contributed to internal initiatives such as the R/GA Playbook and R/GA Innovation Fund pitch.
Elladex
2022 – 2023
As the sole Lead User Experience Designer, I bring over 7 years of experience creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and business growth.
Leading the UX design efforts for Elladex's mobile app, from initial ideation to launch
Conducting user research to identify pain points and inform design decisions
Collaborating with key stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to problem-solve bugs and enhance features
Designing high-fidelity interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback
Working closely with the marketing team to successfully launch the app
I am passionate about creating user-centered designs that drive business growth and am excited to continue working to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of digital product design.
Estée Lauder Companies
2018 – 2022
As a digital designer (UX/UI) at Estée Lauder Companies, I played an integral role in the development of several brand.com sites, including Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Estée Lauder Australia and New Zealand, and La Mer. Working collaboratively with brand teams, I brought their brand strategy and key campaigns to life, ensuring that the user experience was seamless at every touchpoint. In addition, I assessed and implemented new features and tools designed by the global UX team for the ANZ market, collaborating with regional engineering teams and global product managers to bring them to life.
Beyond my role as a digital designer, I also served as an Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Facilitator and acted as a reverse mentor to the Estée Lauder & Tom Ford General Manager, sharing insights on emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation. Additionally, I designed an internal ELC Zine to showcase the work and wins of teams and individuals across the company.
Throughout my time at Estée Lauder Companies, I honed my skills in user research, prototyping, and problem-solving, using tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging and effective digital experiences. I'm proud to have played a part in shaping the digital presence of these iconic brands.
My Chameleon
2016 – 2018
As the sole in-house designer, I worked directly with the founder and owner of My Chameleon. Throughout my time there I implemented the redesign of the e-commerce website, established the MC Journal and rebrand across print collateral and digital communication such as emails, press releases and ads. I also expanded my skill set into content creation for email creative, MC Journal and socials.
